Vermont: Balloon Festival
Visitors might get an aerial view of the Quechee Gorge, billed as "Vermont's answer to the Grand Canyon," during this hot-air ballooning event. The festival features crafts, music, art and entertainment.
When, where: June 15 to 17 at Quechee Village Green, off Main Street, Quechee.
Admission: $10, $5 ages 6 to 12; $195 plus tax per person for balloon ride
