The Westin San Francisco Market Street

What's new: A new Westin has arrived as a $30-million redo of what was the Argent Hotel. The 676 rooms and suites have contemporary décor and flat-screen TVs. Ducca, a new restaurant and bar, is set to open June 17. Rooms run $209 to $589 per night; suites $399 to $789 per night.

Info: 50 3rd St., San Francisco; (415) 974-6400, www.westin.com/marketstreet.
