Flipping out in coach

I have often thought that in the economy section of planes, the bottom part of the seats should flip up and out of the way — just like movie seats do ["Seeking a Perfect 10A, B or C," Travel Insider, March 11]. This would allow people to get in and out of their seats so much easier.
