San Francisco poetry lovers' weekend
Names will be dropped (Jeffers, Coleridge, Collins, Shakespeare) and crumbs too at the annual poetry lovers' weekend. The Great Books Council of San Francisco puts on the Bay Area event, which includes an overnight stay, four meals, muffins and coffee, wine and cheese.
When, where: Nov. 10 and 11, 2007 at Westminster Retreat, 512 Hemme Ave., Alamo.
Cost: $150 per person, includes room, meals and reading materials.
