Philadelphia to host July Fourth bash
Sunoco Welcome America: A weeklong Fourth of July celebration features about 40 events, including free concerts by Chaka Khan and Hall & Oates, a parade, fireworks, the Taste of Philadelphia, the ringing of the Liberty Bell and a salsa-dancing event billed as one of the largest musical Latino events in the country.
When, where: June 28 to July 4 at Philadelphia locations including the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and waterfront Penn's Landing on Columbus Boulevard.
