In Santorini, go for the moussaka
"On a recent trip to Santorini, we came across a wonderful restaurant in Firostefani, right on the edge of the caldera. It is a quaint little place, frequented by both locals and tourists. The house wine came in a pitcher. It's a very informal, family-like setting. Great moussaka."
