This Carlsbad biannual event is billed as the largest one-day street fair in California, with more than 850 vendors, global cuisine offerings, a pancake breakfast, a beer garden and live music.

When, where: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 6 roughly along Grand Avenue between Jefferson Street and Carlsbad Boulevard in Carlsbad.
