A solution for the jet-setting jogger

Get up and moving with Mapmyrun.com. The site works with Google maps to help you plot a jogging path or a bike ride when you're in an unfamiliar place.

What's hot: Decide your route, and you can calculate the distance of your workout and the number of calories burned based on your gender, weight and height. Want to avoid hills? An elevation profile will show the ups and downs of your route. Other users also offer suggested routes.

What's not: It works best in U.S. locations.
