Your Scene: Afloat over Turkey's 'Bedrock'

While in Turkey, Lynne Kuraoka of Redondo Beach took a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia's "Bedrock," where "homes and the first Christian churches were literally carved out of the mountains and rock formations." There are cave motels and a Flintstones Cave Bar in the area, she said. Kuraoka took this shot of the balloon while in another balloon. "I just raised my arm and aimed my camera over the people in my balloon. So it was a lucky shot." She used a Canon PowerShot Elph 6.0.
