Istanbul Modern Restaurant/Cafe, Istanbul Modern Sanat Muzesi (Istanbul Modern Art Museum), Meclis-i Mebusan Cad. A traditional seafood house in Rumeli Hisari with a lovely patio right on the banks of the Bosporus -- and views of Asia just across the strait.
