There's no shortage of opinions on how to get around Europe:

"We're budget travelers. To me, EasyJet is really doing a good job."

-- Jared and Alyssa Barlow
These Americans living in Switzerland with their two kids bought one-way Basel-London tickets on EasyJet for less than $300 for four.

"I always take low-cost airlines. They're fast and cheap."

-- Ivana Schlumpf
The Swiss college student recently paid $74 round trip from Geneva to Barcelona on Clickair.

"They're so inconvenient because the airports are so far away, and they don't fly everywhere."

-- Karnig Dukmajian
The Tarzana law-school graduate, commenting on discount airlines, spent a month touring Europe.

"Trains are so easy to get on and off. The whole security thing with air travel is such a joke."

-- Bryan Bradford
The Seattle resident toured France and Switzerland with friends.

"We didn't want the hassle of a flight."

-- Dennis O'Sullivan
The resident of Bishop's Stortford, England, took the Eurostar from London to Lille, France, on a day trip to celebrate his sister's birthday.
