Vacation Village, a Laguna Beach cure for the workweek grind
Stay on the beach at Laguna this fall and winter for as little as $93 per night.
The deal: The special rate is available weekdays through February for city-view rooms at Vacation Village, an oceanfront hotel in downtown Laguna Beach. Weekend rates for these rooms are $119 a night. Oceanfront rooms are $169 weekdays and $259 on weekends.
The hotel: Vacation Village rooms and suites feature amenities such as kitchenettes, fireplaces and private balconies. The property, which has two heated swimming pools, is near the art galleries, restaurants and shops of Laguna Beach. Guest parking is $12 a night.
